Having been in the tattoo industry since 2002, Melissa Khouri has gone from spending nine years at the Tattoo You studio (not to be confused with this TattooYou) in her native São Paulo, Brazil, to being a guest tattooer at Kat Von D’s famous High Voltage Tattoo parlour in Los Angeles.
